百度和GOOGLE在2009年可谓是调整不断，站长对算法的改变特别敏感，搞不好来个“降30”，或者直接除名，我的网站物比三家网(5b3j.com)就遇到了，本类搜索“购物返现网”是在第3位的，结果跑到51了。
 
先来看看百度的变化：
 
1：严格控制外链。特别针对单链过多和双向链接。只要网站的友情链接达到了一定数字，那么就会被降权。友情链接的作用已被严重降低。

本文并不想从每次点击费用、支付周期等进行比较，其实这些比较意义不大的。我们只要选择最优秀的、最有发展前途的就可以了，至于分给你多少钱，我相信市场是公平的。原因很简单，只有做的最好的联盟才能赚到钱，他们赚到钱了才会让网站主赚到钱，否则所有承诺都是一张白纸。国内用户主要的三个联盟是谷歌Adsense、百度联盟、阿里妈妈，谷歌Adsense和百度联盟无疑是成功的，但阿里妈妈应该说做的并不成功，现在阿里妈妈已经并入了淘宝，他们的发展战略应该是淘宝客为主了。

被封的主要原因是：你把它当网盘用了（而Google Code是提供开放源代码项目托管服务的），比如你放置了图片、mp3、各种与项目无关的压缩包等。刚开始访问量不大时是不会被发现的，但访问量一大，就会被发现，你的帐户就危险了。几乎全部被封的都反映，之前没有任何提示或警告，这是有点霸道的。

昨天收到Google赠送的2个开发者帐号，拥有这2个帐号可以提前体验Google Wave。经过2天的体验，基本上了解了Wave到底是什么样的服务，以及Google到底在想什么。

据说微软最近在域名市场大展手脚，收购了很多谐音域名，有人说均价在1万美元左右。必应.com（xn--ext8z.com）也被收入禳中。

      本来想把觅搜中的Live搜索改为必应的，现在看来得搁浅了——

      至于原因，官方没做任何解释。有报道称微软全新中文搜索引擎“必应”的视频搜索结果可以显示色情内容，用户更可通过视频预览功能直接播放此类视频，且无需验证用户年龄。可以看出，大量含色情暴力成分的低俗内容未经过滤地出现在必应的搜索结果当中。Bing必应无法登陆的情况是否为网站被相关部门封停，抑或是微软自身正在对Bing必应进行调整，还有待证实。

    08年上线的新网站备案系统，最近遇到了很多不愉快的事，发现该系统设计越来越不人性化了。该系统的构架者的设计和审核流程存在很大问题。

    该系统的设计思路应该是这样的：每个主办单位提交一次icp备案，每个icp备案下面可以添加N个网站。审核者无非是审核3点：（1）审核主办单位是否合法，（2）审核该单位下的网站是否合法，（3）是否具备“置前审核”条件（如论坛等）。可目前这个系统在使用上非常糟糕，加大了备案难度，也加大了网站主、审核单位的工作量。
